For your convenience, online bookings are available for osteopathic appointments with Shelley on Monday and Thursday afternoons and Wednesday and Friday mornings where she runs through into the early afternoon.
Please contact Shelley directly for any appointment availability outside these hours as she can often squeeze in appointments around her daughters' extra-curricular activities!
Online bookings are also available for Dr Nick Penney typically Wednesday to Friday but he will accommodate other times on request around his travelling commitments. In addition to osteopathic consults, Nick also offers specialised acute and chronic pain care consultations. Please contact him direct on 027 507 1505 or using the button below if you wish to discuss whether you may require this level of care.
Please note: We respond to all calls, texts and emails personally therefore there may be a short delay before we can reply while we are with patients during normal working hours. We apologise for any inconvenience but please rest assured we value your communication and will return your message at our earliest opportunity. Generally texts are best!

We do charge for no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Please do not be offended if we request payment prior to booking your next appointment, it ensures fair and equitable access to our time as we do run a waiting list for patients in need.
